another lost tooth!! and other pics...

well, this was the first tooth that Olivia pulled all alone..it's usually a team effort with Daddy, but this one she just walked into the bathroom, grabbed a bath cloth and popped it out! man, she's getting so big!!!! and of course, rachel grabs her mouth and says, "I don't want to lose mine"....ha ha ha

What a difference 4 months make...

Seems like just yesterday...............

What a difference he has made in our life...

and it's only been 4 short months.

sweet boy.

Just another day in the life. . . . .

Some of these are a little blurry because of the lighting, but this was Owen's first trip to Pump It Up for a birthday party...tagging along with the girls of course....and he loved it...there was so much to look at and so many kids to watch. he never made a peep...so happy!

You talking to me???

Oh we love our friends...

Owen trying to take a stand...oh, he gets so excited!

Olivia's teacher at afterschool class painted her nails...wow... she was thrilled...her mother was not. just not my choice of colors..............but at least it wasn't as bad as Rachel's friend who put waxy lip gloss in her hair...three days and we have washed and washed, to no avail. thinking tomorrow i may try to wash it with makeup remover!!!

Rachel loves Easter dresses, or actually anything sleeveless (and that is pronounced sleebeless)...she wore this linen dress from 2 years ago with lee to get dinner tonight...i know he was so happy about it. she had to put on a big sweater and gold flats...it was cold out! she was so excited to wear it.

It's MARCH!!??

Wow...where did the winter go?? Now, I know that it has been so cold for so long and yes, I'm completely ready for spring...but I feel like it has been a whirlwind of time speeding by since Owen was born almost FOUR months ago. It is just crazy to think that he is that old...is rolling over...is smiling, cooing, 'talking', starting to scoot across the floor (mostly when fussing) and is eating his first baby foods. This has been such a great time. I am so thankful that I was able to be at home for a while with him. Even though there were days when i was lonely for some adult conversation, and because of flu, strep and other germs, along with some serious wintry weather, was unable to visit my buddies as much as I wanted...we made it through the first three months and are thankful to have some sort of routine established. ahhh...i knew it would come eventually.......our family has adjusted to baby mode again. The girls are so good about watching out for Owen and even making sure I know that he is hungry/fussy/stinky. Rachel even asked me earlier today if I would please get owen so she could go to the bathroom... ha... she didn't even "have him" but she was worried that if she walked away from talking to him that he would fuss and she wanted me to take over where she left off. Ha ha. sweet sisters. (most of the time).
